Buon Appetito Catering did an excellent job catering my daughter’s first birthday. My guest list consisted of 80 adults and 20 kids. They were able to assist me with creating a menu that suited my guests and the flow of the party in addition to making delicious food. Everything arrived on time and as promised. Buon Appetito catered my daughters 1st birthday party. Because of the size of my family we had over 100 guests and it was not a problem for them at all. The setup was down on time and the food was amazing. I recommend the chicken carmelina to everyone and the stuffed shells and penne ala vodka was as good as anyone in my Italian family has ever made. Coming from an Italian family, where every woman over the age of 50 knew how to cook before they could even walk, they were a little skeptical about my hiring a caterer for my wife's baby shower, instead of cooking themselves. But all I had to tell them was that the girl doing the cooking was Italian too and their fears soon went away. LOL

But on a serious note, the food was phenomenal and not a word was spoken during the food service as everyone was too busy eating. I received a lot of nods of approval from the "seasoned" cooks in my family as they all had nothing but praise for everything they ate. My wife and I definitely made sure we had some food left over to take for lunch the next day (or two....LOL). I must also thank you for giving me your honest opinion of the variety and quantity of food for the amount of people I had, to make sure I didn't over order and covered all of my bases at the same time.

It was my pleasure to keep my business within the "NBHS class of 97" family and even more of a pleasure to enjoy such great food on the day when my family came together to celebrate our little new addition to the world. So I didn’t get to try the food at Mary’s party because I stuffed myself earlier in the day. However, after I helped you carry the stuff to the car, I helped Mary’s mom carry her stuff to the car as well. As a reward, I got a container of penne, a container of sausage and peppers and a container of eggplant rolotini. I am so very glad that I recommended you to family and friends because that food was absolutely off the charts good. I ate it when I got home after the party and it was SUPER delicious. "Out of this world! Every single thing was ablsoluetly amazing. We couldn't even finish it all! The crabmeat stuffing in the shrimp was soooo tasty!! The clams were outrageous! The vodka sauce was sooo tasty and Chicken Carmelina is SICK! I have a new found love for artichokes in my favorite sauce.
